Equal is equal?
Why yes, I do believe you are right. And today I was happy to see the Supreme Court agree.
After my snarky post yesterday (and I don’t usually write things political) the Supreme Court reassured me … more of less … that the rules still say that Equal is Equal … and Fair is Fair … and this is a land where we all have a right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
No matter what.
In a way I feel like I am, once again, alive to see some history being made. It has happened before. Sometimes in my life sometimes before.
But always the underlying truth … the underlying opportunity this land affords … seems to triumph.
Eventually.
