Let’s see if you can guess what happened to me today.

I’ll give hints.

First hint: It caught me by surprise and it’s not the first time it has happened.

Well that leaves you to go through all the blog entries here and decide which one or ones might point you in the right direction.

Any guesses?

I thought not.

Second hint: A picture. And something that should not be in said picture. You might have to click on it to look closer.

And no, the thing that happened is not that the room could use a once through of cleaning … although it certainly could.

lr2Next hint: A more close up picture. Although I’ve been known to have difficulty taking pictures of things like this.

left wall2Next hint: I was caught off guard when I went downstairs to get something to eat. Obviously I wasn’t the only one caught off guard. What’s that you say? Nothing unusual in this picture? Look closer.

toaster2Another hint: It’s not Superman.

above shelves2Yes, it happened again. Once more. Seems he was as spooked as I was.

curtains2This is the umpteenth time a bird has been in the house since the original visit of The Stupidest Bird Ever.

In this case, though, stupid is not the right word. It’s really cold outside, and snowing, and I have food inside where it is nice and warm.

Not so stupid after all as it turns out.

This is the second time in the last month or so he has visited downstairs in the kitchen and whatnot. And scared the living daylights out of me by frantically flying from kitchen to TV room to living/office room and back.

I have no idea how he gets inside. It’s an old house. I suppose there is an opening somewhere.

Right now the biggest opening is the kitchen door I have left wide open for him to fly outside through.

Close as I can tell, he and several hundred BTU’s of heat are escaping through the door even as we speak I type.

So who’s the stupid one today?

At least I caught him on film this time.
